β’ Conduct in-depth analysis of existing Workday configurations related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. β’ Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and automation. β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and comprehensive requirements. β’ Document detailed functional and technical specifications for system modifications and enhancements. β’ Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions for Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. β’ Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of system changes. β’ Provide training sessions to end-users on new system features and functionality. β’ Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules. β’ Ensure Workday configurations comply with industry regulations and internal policies. β’ Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain proper access controls. β’ Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Workday performance.
β’ 7-10 years of experience as a Workday Technical Lead in a complex enterprise environment. β’ In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, particularly Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking is a MUST HAVE. β’ Deep experience providing project implementation and support for Workday. β’ Proven experience in requirements analysis, system design proposals, cost/benefit analysis and testing in support of solution development. β’ Experience overseeing the development and/or implementation of web-based software and hardware solutions, on both functional and technical levels. β’ Proven ability to adapt to and function effectively within a changing organizational environment. β’ Ability to work independently while managing priorities and juggling multiple projects. β’ Workday certifications are an asset.
