•Sama is a fast-growing, purpose-driven company that is tackling the $9 trillion employee engagement challenge by democratising professional coaching. •Sama’s B2B solution enables employers to provide all their employees with access to their very own professional coach via an app. •Looking for a motivated, responsible individual who thinks like an owner and is excited to tackle new challenges. •Responsible for marketing across the business, partnering with the sales team to impact pipeline generation. •Owning initiatives such as account based marketing, sales enablement, email marketing, content creation, and paid media.
•You need to have experience in HR/HR tech space •You need to have experience in B2B marketing •Comfortable with a fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly •A knack for copywriting (please link any relevant examples in your application) •An eye for brand and design (you don’t rely on designers to do this for you) •Proficiency in leveraging AI for marketing •Working knowledge of Hubspot for email marketing; social scheduling; workflows and reporting •Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console •Working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager •Working knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platform
