• 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close. • 3+ years of experience directly managing, motivating, and developing a quota-carrying field sales team, including second-line managers and account executives. • Proven experience leading full-cycle sales efforts in the Mexico market. • Consistent history of quota attainment and over-achievement. • Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and accurate sales forecasting methodologies. • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, diverse product offerings, and extended sales timelines. • Self-starter with a high level of adaptability to changing environments. • Ability to make data-driven decisions and derive insights from sales analytics. • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal). • Must be based in Mexico.
