Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical degree • 3+ years of technical people management experience • 5+ years of relevant technical experience working with a team to develop software in a production environment • Track record of building and leading high-performing software teams • Customer-focused mindset and strong product sense • Willingness to dive deep and solve challenging technical problems • Experience with best practices around testing, monitoring, and SLAs to ensure high product quality in large-scale distributed web services • Interest in continually improving team processes
