β€’ The Samsara sales team continues to grow at an astonishing rate and we need a seasoned enablement professional who can help uplevel our sales onboarding programs, especially in eLearning design with opportunity for facilitation of group training sessions based on need/candidate capability. β€’ This role requires a teammate with a demonstrated skill set for engaging virtual audiences and designing thoughtful and impactful eLearning coursework, a track record of cross-functional collaboration, and talent for change management within a fast-paced Sales environment. β€’ This role is open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Seattle Metro.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelors’ of Science degree from a 4 year accredited university. β€’ 6+ years of experience developing eLearning content and reporting learner success. β€’ 6+ years of experience developing, coordinating and facilitating training sessions for audiences of 10-50 learners. (live or virtual) β€’ Track record of delivering interactive experiences that demonstratively improve audience engagement. β€’ Demonstrable experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners through their learning journey. β€’ Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language. β€’ A solid understanding of Samsara products with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. β€’ Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies. β€’ Previous experience building training in multiple languages, fluency in Spanish or French would be ideal. β€’ Has a background in sales, operations, or program management. β€’ Excels in an autonomous working environment. β€’ Manages or has managed LMS & CMS platforms. (Lessonly and Showpad) β€’ Works closely with crossfunctional teams internally & is comfortable receiving & giving feedback.
