📋 Description

• Key leader in the global sales recruiting organization • Own the hiring strategy for multiple core sales segments • Hire, develop, and retain a team of high-performing sales recruiters and sourcers • Drive people, process, and technology improvements • Contribute to and lead global cross-functional projects and programs • Regularly partner with cross-functional stakeholders on workforce planning • Own key sales executive stakeholder relationships • Influence sales talent strategy using regular reporting and market insights • Enforce a compliant and inclusive recruiting approach.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition; 3+ years of people management experience. • Proven track record of successfully hiring, managing, and coaching a high volume, quota-carrying, sales recruiting team. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from raw data sets and experience with excel formulas and pivot tables. • Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to an executive level audience. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
