Requirements

• 7-10+ years in a product management role • Proven track-record of setting long-term product strategy & roadmaps, and delivering products that delight customers. • Deep technical understanding, with an ability to grasp technical concepts & establish credibility with engineers. • Strong analytical skills and an ability to make data-driven conclusions and set quantifiable goals for the team to drive towards. • Bias-to-action and a proven track-record of delivering outstanding results for customers & the business on tight timelines. Hands-on approach, writing detailed product specs and jumping on customer calls with the sales team. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to customers, internal audiences, executives, etc. Should also feel very comfortable writing clear and concise strategy documents that will be reviewed at all levels of the organization. • Experience building complex enterprise products and workflows. • Experience developing services that automate and orchestrate real world physical experiences. • Experience with transportation, logistics, supply chain, and operations businesses. • History building and managing relationships with enterprise customers and partners. • Commercial orientation, including experience owning a revenue-generating product and accountability for a P&L. • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree(s) in technical or business disciplines.
