Description

• Lead and manage multiple workstreams within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives set by the CTO. • Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, solving complex engineering challenges and ensuring high-quality deliverables across all projects. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, and Operations to drive innovation and deliver best-in-class solutions. • Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the engineering team. • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. • Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and robust systems, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and performance. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on leading complex projects and workstreams • 1+ years of experience working as a Research Assistant during the pursuit of an advanced degree • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle processes
