Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Prototyping team • Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) • This role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to ensure successful execution of projects aligned with the company's objectives • The software, firmware, and hardware you build will impact various industries • You will work with a range of new and mature technologies driving scalable innovation for customers across industries.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on leading complex projects and workstreams • 1+ years of experience working as a Research Assistant during the pursuit of an advanced degree • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle processes
