📋 Description

• Company Overview: Samsung SDS is the digital arm of the Samsung group and a global provider of cloud and digital transformation innovations. • Position Overview: Developer for Zero-Touch Mobility (ZTM) implementation team on ServiceNow platform. • Responsibilities: Configure workflows, integrate systems, design scalable solutions, optimize ServiceNow instances, test solutions, maintain documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist. • Proven track record of implementing scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform, including workflow configuration and integrations. • Familiarity with enterprise mobility management (EMM), endpoint protection, or IT service management solutions is a plus. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and configuration. • Experience with ServiceNow integration tools (e.g., IntegrationHub, REST APIs). • Familiarity with OOTB workflow configuration, business logic customization, and solution design. • Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is strongly preferred. • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience implementing Zero-Touch Mobility or similar enterprise mobility solutions. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. • Knowledge of secure device management and enterprise endpoint protection systems.
