Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, with significant time in leadership roles. • Proven track record in leading engineering teams within the health tech or related industry. • Experience with AI tools and leading technical transformations is highly desirable. • Strong technical background with expertise in software architecture and development. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to align engineering initiatives with business goals. • Proficient in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Not afraid to get your hands dirty – you’ll be expected to run the app and push some code on day 1
