📋 Description

• The Business Operations and Strategy team drives strategic and cross-functional initiatives across the company • Support strategies for product-led business units, including execution of business model, growth, and operational strategies • Drive business model design, market analysis, and financial model building

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent practical experience; MBA or similar preferred • 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or other business strategy role • Experience designing and implementing business models, market models, financial models, and operational processes, including data collection and quantitative analysis • Ability to dive into data, spot patterns, trends, and outliers, and to derive insights • Demonstrated ability to understand complex, scientific- and tech-heavy business units and market • Track record of identifying market revenue opportunities that have been translated to business growth • Multicultural perspective and service leadership mindset with strong interpersonal skills adept at working cross-functionally and managing relationships across diverse teams • Curiosity about and eagerness to dive deeply to understand new fields of science, new forms of quantitative AI, new markets, new customers, new partners, and new teammates • Versatility!
