Description

• Responsible for ensuring the overall success and quality of strategic client engagements • Facilitate a collaborative work environment with partners • Direct and oversee multiple active client engagements in drug discovery • Manage all aspects of client engagement including requirements alignment and project plans • Drive incremental revenue through client relationship building

Requirements

• Master's Degree (or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience) in chemistry or related life-sciences • 3 years experience with Master’s Degree (or 5 years with Bachelor’s Degree) in a research or engagement management focused role • Experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to perform in a fast growing environment typical of a start-up • Passion to work cross-functionally with our partners
