• At Sand Cherry Associates, we excel in the design and delivery of strategic customer-centric initiatives through digitally native, data-empowered solutions. • Finding the right match for this role is a critical aspect of continuing that success. • We are looking for an experienced Digital Program Manager to lead and oversee the development and execution of digital programs. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of program management principles, coupled with expertise in digital products and solutions, as well as experience in designing and managing seamless buy flows and process flows across digital platforms. • The Digital Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, development, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions that enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth. • This role requires a proactive program manager and strategic thinker with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage complex digital projects from inception through delivery. • This position is remote and requires all qualified candidates to live in the United States and be fully authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field. • 5+ years of experience in program management, with a strong emphasis on digital products and solutions. • Proven expertise in designing and managing buy flows and process flows across digital platforms (e-commerce, mobile apps, websites, etc.). • Strong understanding of the full digital product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, product development, testing, and deployment. • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making. • Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana), and digital product management tools. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. • Experience with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and conversion optimization. • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices for digital product design. • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau). • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and either MS Project or Smartsheet. • Familiarity with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
