We're looking for a • Senior Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies, create content, and analyze performance to drive brand awareness and engagement. • Key Responsibilities: • Social Media Strategy: Develop, propose and implement strategies that align with business goals and drive brand visibility. • Content Creation: Lead content creation, ensuring it's on-brand and optimized for each platform. • Campaign Management: Oversee social media campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. • Performance Analysis: Use data to measure campaign success and optimize strategies based on insights and report to Senior Management team. • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with followers and maintain a positive brand presence. • Trend Integration: Stay updated on trends and platform changes to keep content fresh and relevant. • Collaboration & Reporting: Work with cross-functional teams and provide regular performance reports to optimize future campaigns.
• Proven and extensive experience in managing and executing social media campaigns. • Deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement. • Advanced proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. • Exceptional attention to detail in content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure campaign success and optimize based on data. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently. • Excellent communication skills for engaging with online communities, clients, and internal teams. • High level of creativity and problem-solving skills to adapt strategies to trends and audience needs. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
