Requirements

• 5+ years in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition, with a focus on technology roles • Proven ability to source, screen, and close technical candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience • Fluency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up for a high-quality customer experience • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively • Strong organizational skills, capable of planning, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines • Data-driven mentality to consistently leverage data to make informed decisions • Strong customer-centric mindset to ensure a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and teams
