📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that empower business operations and drive growth. • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce platform development. • Integrate Salesforce with critical business systems. • Ensure the platform meets the highest standards of scalability, security, and performance. • Provide strategic oversight of Salesforce architectural decisions. • Create comprehensive data models and system integrations. • Lead architectural design across Salesforce platforms. • Evaluate buy vs. build solutions. • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements. • Oversee system integration and data flow between systems. • Provide direction and mentorship to Salesforce developers. • Establish and enforce best practices in development. • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. • Conduct regular security and performance audits. • Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration. • Salesforce Architect certification(s), such as Application Architect or System Architect. • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, APIs, and data management strategies. • Proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (preferred). • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies (preferred). • Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices specific to Salesforce environments (preferred). • Experience with automation testing in Salesforce development projects (preferred).
