Description

• Analyzing and resolving complex issues in both existing and new code, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail • Ability to communicate with external and internal customers • Collaborating with customers (internal and external) from a wide variety of roles (front-end developers, business analysts, business users) to translate design concepts and business requirements into functional applications • Option to be involved in different banking products and tasks depending on interest and skillset • Demonstrating excellent development, quality, and delivery skills within teams, actively contributing to short development and release cycles • Collaborating effectively with geographically distributed teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for successful project outcomes • Generating comprehensive design documents for new software features and software changes • Implementing and adhering to agile software engineering methods, actively participating in the complete software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, quality assurance, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources • 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources • HRIS system experience • Experience with Professional Development Plans
