• Own the end-to-end design process for key features and workflows, from discovery to delivery • Work closely with product and engineering to translate user needs and business goals into simple, intuitive interfaces • Conduct research and user testing to inform design decisions • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and occasionally product copy • Contribute to and help establish a scalable, reusable design system • Set design best practices and help us build a strong design culture from the ground up • Advocate for the user in strategic product conversations
• 2–4 years of experience designing digital products (preferably SaaS or web applications) • Proficiency in Figma, including designing, prototyping, and working with shared libraries or design systems • Demonstrated ability to own and drive projects independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Strong communication skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback, clearly explain design rationale, and collaborate effectively • Comfort navigating complex workflows and translating them into simple, intuitive user experiences • A portfolio that highlights strong UX thinking, clean visual design, and real-world impact • Enthusiasm for building scalable systems and reusable patterns—not just polished screens • Eligible to work in the United States and able to pass a federal background check
