📋 Description

• Manage project(s) involved in the design, modification, and analysis of nuclear power plant modifications. • Coordinate with multiple internal and external departments to manage project execution lifecycle. • Responsible for project execution, coordinating resources from each discipline. • Take ownership of project performance including safety, schedule, budget, and client experience. • Mentor and coach team members. • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, task engineers, and stakeholders. • Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget. • Support reporting of key performance indicators. • Identify and control construction risk and changes. • Prepare reports and studies that meet client requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program • 20+ years of specific experience in Project Management/Project Coordination • Proven experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams • Experience with serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead role • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities is critical to success • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a collaborative team setting • PMP Certification is a plus
