Join us on our new adventure to reshape the software-as-a-service industry! • Taking ownership of the accounts payables process making sure that all company spending is effectively recorded, booked and paid • Owning and administrating the company-wide spend management process and related tools • Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, and financial statements and respective documentation • Managing all activities and documentation related to employee reimbursement • Driving and optimizing accounting and cash management processes, focusing on national accounting - but with international remit as the company grows • Collaborating closely with internal teams and peers (approval workflows, expense management)

Requirements

• You have first experience as a Accounts Payable Specialist • You are self-driven, highly structured and have a hands-on mentality • You have excellent knowledge in the use of Datev and are ideally also used to working with other tools like Excel and Spendesk (nice to have) • You are able to work collaboratively with other functions and external partners • Ideally you have worked in B2B business before • You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and have experience successfully navigating and contributing within such settings • You have outstanding written and oral ability in German and English • You are comfortable working remotely (we don't have an office)
