β€’ Satoshi Energy is at the forefront of energy innovation, championing the colocation of bitcoin and A.I. data centers with renewable energy assets. β€’ We have developed nearly 500 MW of data centers in ERCOT, with an additional 3 GWs of projects under development. β€’ We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Sales Manager to oversee and drive our software sales process. β€’ You will lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. β€’ You will identify, build, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers. β€’ You will lead negotiations with multiple stakeholders, aiming to achieve the best outcomes for the company. β€’ You will analyze market trends, regulatory environments, and geopolitical events that could impact the industry. β€’ You will work collaboratively across teams to identify areas of growth and drive alignment on key initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience as a business developer, sales manager, or originator in retail energy, energy brokerage, or energy technology β€’ An understanding of energy markets, including familiarity with how they work and market structures β€’ An understanding of financial back office operations and planning β€’ Established bitcoin data center, A.I. data center, and/or energy supplier relationships β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical matters verbally and in writing β€’ The ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels, both internally and externally β€’ A history of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue β€’ Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools β€’ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to forecast sales and track performance metrics effectively β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. β€’ Experience selling or procuring energy, accounting, invoicing, or payments software β€’ Familiarity with Bitcoin basics, including what it is, its value prop, how it works, its key components, and related applications β€’ Advanced sales training is a plus
