Description

• Saveen Management Staffing internship program is a three-month program that gives individuals from non-traditional technical backgrounds a potential career at Saveen Management Staffing. • Over the course of 3 months, the Technical Recruiter Internship program aims to prepare interns to contribute to the talent acquisition team across the company. • Interns will receive training and mentorship in various recruitment tasks. • Weekly training with instructor on how to source candidates, navigate through job boards, take interviews & etc. • Weekly 1:1 performance evaluation to gain insight on improvement, feedback, and full support to grow. • After the 3 month period, each recruiter will be ranked on how many candidates were placed. • Internship has the potential to lead into a full time recruitment consultant role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales/or customer service experience • Must have a working laptop with camera for Zoom meetings & RELIABLE internet connection • Must have a US cell phone # in order to contact candidates • Must have Linkedin Premium account to source candidates • Previous experience and proficiency with technology such as Slack, ATS system, LinkedIn • Well-spoken and confident, with effective communication skills across diverse backgrounds. • High-energy, motivated, entrepreneurial self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Highly organized with great attention to detail. • Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines with a sense of urgency.
