• Responsible for providing Revenue Cycle project QA reviews • Associate and project process training • Curriculum development • Continuous support of operational leadership • Knowledgeable in end-user systems and applications relative to revenue cycle management • Audit accounts worked by colleagues to provide assurance of compliance to quality standards • Report findings and provide feedback to colleagues • Respond to special projects assigned by management

Requirements

• Some college preferred • Proven oral and written presentation skills • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Healthcare Related Field required • Proven knowledge and experience in all aspects of the healthcare revenue cycle related services • Proven ability to effectively lead a group and support fellow leadership members • Proven knowledge and experience in analytics and problem solving with the ability to recognize trends or anomalies • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output • Working knowledge of MS Office Products
