🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.\n• 8+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on revenue recognition and SaaS operations.\n• Proven experience managing direct reports, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.\n• Expertise in NetSuite, with the ability to leverage its functionalities for revenue management (ARM) and reporting.\n• Deep knowledge of ASC 606, GAAP, and subscription-based revenue models.\n• Experience with financial systems such as Zuora or Salesforce is a plus.\n• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.\n• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.\n• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.\n• Experience with audit processes and SOX compliance preferred.
