• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 3-5+ years of Salesforce administration, developer, or release experience supporting an enterprise-level SFDC instance. • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration and administration, including custom fields and objects, workflows, assignments rules, validation rules, formula fields, deployment, governor limits, roles, profiles, and permissions. • Passionate about Salesforce.com; regularly following Salesforce trends and best practices. Salesforce.com Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Advanced Administrator certifications are required. Platform Developer I, CPQ Specialist, & Sales Cloud Consultant are a strong plus. • Experience with Salesforce data management tools (e.g. Data Loader or DemandTools). Working knowledge of SOQL and Developer Workbench is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a high degree of motivation, and deadline-driven productivity.
