Description

• Support in acquiring new members for communities. • Organize and follow up on community events. • Work in LinkedIn profiles and email inboxes of communities. • Prepare and follow up on events, guest lists, surveys, CRM updates, etc. • Pre-select potential community members with pre-written messages. • Send informational messages and invitations via LinkedIn and email. • Respond to incoming emails and LinkedIn messages using templates. • Maintain community member database (CRM). • Assist wherever needed.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a similar role. • Proficient in French and English at a minimum C1 level. • Reliable with great attention to detail. • Previous remote work experience with strong computer skills. • Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel). • Willing to travel once or twice a year for approximately week-long company meetings.
