• Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung eines ca. 5-köpfigen Teams • Service & Support Planung und Koordination der verfügbaren Mitarbeiterkapazität • Entscheidung über Fakturierbarkeit von Serviceleistungen • intensive Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern und anderen Teamleitern • Installation und Einrichtung unserer Software in Kundenumgebungen • Koordination und Überwachung von Prozessen in enger Kooperation mit dem Fachbereich und der IT unserer Kunden • First- und Second-Level-Support • Qualitätssicherung und Unterstützung der Softwareentwicklung
🎯 Requirements
• Berufsausbildung oder Studium im Bereich der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Anwendungsbetreuung / Systemadministration • Fundierte Grundlegende Datenbank- und SQL-Kenntnisse • Windows Netzwerk Grundlagen • Erfahrungen mit Microsoft SQL Server sind wünschenswert • Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen • Sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise • Englischkenntnisse
