📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Expert with a strong background in government contracting. • This remote position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in identifying, pursuing, and securing government contracts. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Small Business Administration (SBA) programs and a passion for helping small businesses succeed in the government marketplace. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating, bidding, and technical review processes related to government contracts. • This role involves providing consultation and support to DBEs, assisting them in improving their business capabilities, and facilitating their success in securing and managing government contracts.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in government contracting, including estimating, bidding, and technical review processes. • Proven track record of successfully securing government contracts for small businesses. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on government contracting. • In-depth knowledge of SBA programs and federal procurement regulations. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools. • Ability to analyze and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and financial statements.
