Description

• Lead outsourced accounting engagements within the craft brewing industry. • Deliver accounting service to brewery clients ensuring up-to-date reconciled books. • Act as main point of contact and manage client relationships. • Support tax return filing and provide operational insights to consulting team. • Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and solve issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a book of accounting and/or tax clients. • Ability to do cross-functional work in a remote environment. • Crystal clear professional written and verbal communication skills. • Exacting organizational standards and a calm and friendly attitude. • Ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies and software. • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Google Suite. • Strong, consistent internet connection and conducive work environment for video calls. • Preferred: Experience managing outsourced accounting in a remote environment. • Preferred: Direct client interaction experience.
