Description

• Lead outsourced accounting engagements in accordance with the SBS Core Values. • Ensure brewery clients' books are up to date, reconciled, and closed monthly. • Act as main point of contact for client relationships and maintain healthy communications. • Execute complex special projects related to accounting and technology improvements. • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and support tax consultations.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a book of accounting and/or tax clients either independently or within a firm. • Demonstrated ability to do cross-functional work in a remote environment. • Crystal clear professional written and verbal communication skills. • Exacting organizational standards and a calm and friendly attitude. • Demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies and software. • Rock solid proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Google Suite products. • Available and responsive during normal business hours (9am-5pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday). • Strong, consistent internet connection and conducive home work environment for video calls.
