📋 Description

• Lead outsourced accounting engagements for brewery clients. • Ensure timely bookkeeping, reconciliation, and monthly closing. • Act as the main point of contact for client account management. • Support annual tax return filing process and provide insights for Consulting Team. • Actively participate in team meetings to share knowledge and solve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of full cycle, accrual-based accounting experience managing multiple clients within a firm or multiple entities within a holding company. • Rock solid proficiency with QuickBooks Online. • Ability to do cross-functional remote work. • Crystal clear professional written and verbal communication skills. • Exacting organizational standards and a calm and friendly attitude. • Ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies and software. • Available and responsive during normal business hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday). • Strong, consistent internet connection and a conducive work environment for video calls. • Direct previous experience managing outsourced accounting engagements in a remote environment (preferred). • Experience with platforms and their integrations: Bill.com, Ekos, Square, Toast, Gusto, Stripe (preferred). • Experience using Podio or similar remote project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, etc.) (preferred).
