📋 Description

• As our Junior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial documentation and reporting. • You will work closely with various departments to maintain records, analyze financial data, and provide insights that support the company’s financial health. • Your responsibilities will include managing the general ledger, tracking company assets and expenses, and suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency. • Your work will be pivotal in helping us maintain financial accuracy and support the growth of our global, mission-driven team. • Collaborate with different departments to provide advice on company resources and procedures. • Document company assets, income, anticipated expenses, and liabilities, providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations. • Maintain the general ledger by documenting business financial transactions and preparing entries for company accounts. • Proactively suggest improvements to practices and processes to enhance efficiency.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs. • Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks. • Excel and computer skills, with excellent written and verbal communication. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
