• Are you a driven and organized professional with a passion for sales? • Do you excel in building relationships and closing deals? • We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive business growth in Sweden. • This role requires good English and perfect Swedish language skills, along with exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of sales processes. • Identify and target potential clients in Sweden to expand our customer base and increase market share. • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations. • Actively pursue sales opportunities and work with the internal sales team to close orders. • Accountable to meet or exceed agreed sales targets. • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop solutions that address client requirements. • Prepare and deliver video or face to face sales proposals, presentations, and site visits to show the value of our solutions. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead in the market. • Provide weekly reports and updates on sales activities as required. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, with a focus on generating new business and closing deals. • Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and account management. • Good English and excellent Swedish language skills, both written and spoken. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to progress multiple opportunities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at various levels. • Must have a valid driver's license and willing to travel regularly. • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Previous experience in industrial automation sales is a plus. • Previous experience in CRM system usage and task management is a must. • Maintain professional dress and conduct at all times.
