Description
• Designing and constructing core backend systems • Developing highly performant API using Flask • Building a worker for background tasks • Communicating with our server via an Agent • Contributing to platform reliability, scalability, efficiency • Engaging in code reviews and troubleshooting efforts • Managing features from idea to production
Requirements
• 5+ years of backend programming experience • Concurrency and parallelism (threading, multiprocessing, gevent, asyncio, etc.) • OOP and Design patterns • Relational database design and query optimization • Experience with Go • DevOps experience (Terraform, Chef, Ansible, SaltStack, etc.) • Knowledge of Linux systems • Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP stack, sockets, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.) • Experience in full-stack web development (ReactJS)
