Requirements
• Experience in healthcare law and/or digital health and have likely been in a high-growth healthcare scale-up that has concurrently scaled across multiple states. • Proven track record in advising on corporate governance, risk management, M&A, and/or strategic partnerships. • Familiarity with data privacy laws, including HIPAA, GDPR, and other global data protection standards. • Ability to balance legal risk with business strategy and provide clear, practical legal guidance. • Experience building and leading a legal team, with a passion for supporting high-growth, innovative environments.
