Description
• As Legal Counsel, you will be an integral part of our global legal team. • This role would cover North America primarily, in particular West Coast, with support in EMEA and APAC as needed and as the role grows. • DoiT combines data, technology, and human expertise to ensure you’re operating in a well-architected and scalable state. • This role will be essential in handling contract negotiations with strategic partners, channel partners, customers and vendors. • Your proactive and solution-oriented approach will be valued as you effectively manage legal risks and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders. • Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will help scale the business while contributing to the success of a growing technology-focused business.
Requirements
• Juris Doctorate required. • 4-6 years substantive experience in providing legal advice in an international corporate environment. • Previous experience in supporting a sales team in a technology company, SaaS experience preferred. Compliance experience a plus. • Highly skilled and experienced in commercial / contract law and drafting skills. • Commercial mindset: team player with the ability to work with cross-functional departments and having a strong understanding of Sales their needs while managing risk appropriately. • Ability to organize and work across multiple projects and multiple time zones. • Must be self-driven, resourceful, results and deadline oriented, and have a high multi-task proficiency. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing business environment. • English + knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
