• A strong track record of achievement in end-to-end recruitment within the tech space. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. • A real appreciation for data, recruiting metrics and continuous improvement. • A can-do, positive attitude towards overcoming challenges and finding solutions, with an ‘always learning’ mentality. • An agile approach to work, even when working remotely.
