• Scede is a team of approximately 60 passionate professionals delivering talent acquisition and people operations consulting to businesses of all sizes. • The Head of Growth Marketing will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive growth across Scede’s three lines of business, core customer verticals, and geographies. • This position calls for a marketing leader with a proven track record in mid-market B2B growth marketing, strong strategic and operational capabilities, and the ability to work independently while managing external marketing service providers. • You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring Scede’s marketing efforts contribute directly to achieving commercial success.
Requirements
• Proven experience in growth marketing, particularly within the B2B space. • Exceptional strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions. • Expertise in designing and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Experience working independently and managing external service providers. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with content management, CRM, and marketing automation; knowledge of Wordpress and HubSpot CRM is a plus. • Knowledge of the talent acquisition or people operations industry is a plus.
