• Seeking a detail-oriented Flights Consultant for Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours. • Role supports guests and travel advisors in air reservation processes. • Ensuring seamless, accurate, and tailored air bookings for luxury travel experiences. • Includes guest support, air reservations, ticketing, and collaboration with team members.
🎯 Requirements
• Prior travel industry experience is required; contact center experience is an asset. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. • Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre preferred) with experience in booking, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and ARC/TRAMS reporting. • Knowledge of international fare construction, airline routing principles, and airline contracts. • Demonstrated 5-star customer service and strong communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong initiative, decision-making ability, and comfort working independently. • Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone. • Availability to work varied weekday shifts and occasional weekend hours.
