📋 Description

• Product Development Manager will manage the Scentbird fragrance brands within the product development lifecycle. • Responsible for ideating and presenting new fragrance concepts to leadership. • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing on the product approval process. • Manage production standards for the assigned categories. • Organize and keep track of all Product Development samples, assets, and various materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for the fragrance industry and knowledge of the current trends. • Keen sense of smell • Related College degree and 4-5 years experience • Great collaboration and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing start-up environment. • Ability to solve problems and work independently.
