📋 Description

• Promote and sell Schaeffler brand products to the Industrial Aftermarket through authorized distributor channels. • Develop and implement territory sales growth strategies and projects to grow long term market share. • Develop ongoing relationships and rapport at both distributor and end user to influence Schaeffler brand choice and preference. • Provide application assistance through product knowledge and connecting customers with Schaeffler engineering group service and support. • Provide product training to both distributor and end user customers in the region. • Effectively communicate projects, customer issues and ensures Schaeffler has a clear understanding of customer needs and expectations. • Use Salesforce to document account activity and territory opportunities. • Meet and exceed annual sales goals and budget.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of four (4) years sales and business development experience selling through Industrial Distributors, or in similar industries (i.e. Fluid Power, Fluid Sealing, Pumps, Motors, Couplings, Bearings). • Possess strong mechanical aptitude. • High energy, self-motivated, self-learner and goal oriented. • Excellent planning skills to effectively manage priorities, time and travel. • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. • Strong Computer Skills – IE. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce. • Availability for overnight travel approximately 35% of the time. • External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship.
