Agog is seeking an organized and experienced Program Manager. • The Program Manager will manage and foster our cohort of grantees and other partners. • Reporting to the Chief of Programs and Strategy, the Program Manager will support the team across grantmaking, sponsorships and cross-functional initiatives. • US-based remote role with a preference for candidates based in Seattle, LA, or the Bay Area.

Requirements

• Deep experience with immersive media and storytelling • Extended reality (XR) expertise • Understanding of issues relevant to Agog’s grantmaking, including climate justice, food justice, Indigenous knowledge, or human rights, preferred but not required • Ability to come up to speed on grants processes, but previous grantmaking experience not required • Proven communication and presentation skills, with the ability to actively participate in or lead group meetings • Proficient in Google Workspace and experience using an online database preferred • Agile mindset and the ability to work quickly and creatively
