Description

• CAI seeks a Program Manager for Digital Twin and Machine Learning technologies. • Manage communication strategies and oversee digital enablement program integration into consulting services. • Act as liaison between Professional Services and ML/Digital Twin teams. • Develop and manage communication strategy to engage stakeholders. • Oversee the lifecycle of digital enablement projects, ensuring timely delivery. • Build and maintain a knowledge repository for insights and best practices. • Advocate for adoption of digital tools and technologies. • Engage with leaders and teams to gather requirements and communicate program progress. • Establish KPIs to track program success and ensure transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master's or higher preferred). • At least 5 years of experience in managing technology programs focused on digital transformation, IoT, or AI-driven solutions. • Proven experience in managing digital twin initiatives or similar advanced technology projects. • Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Familiarity with digital twin platforms, IoT systems, cloud computing, and AI/ML technologies. • Strong leadership and project management skills with agile experience. • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information to varied audiences. • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certifications (optional).
