Description

• The EUDR Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the deployment of activities required for the implementation of the new European Union regulations on Deforestation (EUDR) for MillerKnoll. • You will manage the EUDR software including Due Diligence verification operations. • You will work in close collaboration with Supply Management, Product Stewardship, Legal, Suppliers, Data Management and IT Support teams, as well as with Sustainability teams across MillerKnoll. • You will manage the process for multiple MillerKnoll brands in multiple regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher. • Data Analysis/ Project Management with 5 years’ experience and knowledge in furniture industry. • Good knowledge of sustainability regulations and EUDR helpful. • Prior experience with EUTR, UKTR, FSC, PEFC, and SFI or forestry experience a plus. • Experience in managing teams and carrying out complex tasks across different regions. • Ability to explain complex reporting processes to end users with strong coaching and training skills. • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Experienced managing large teams and working against tight timelines. • Well versed in Microsoft applications and ability to learn a new software system. • Additional non-English language skills, a plus.
