Description

• Mozaic is seeking a Halo Program Manager to lead a VIP brand ambassador program. • The role involves growing relationships with top-tier creators, artists, and influencers. • Responsibilities include nurturing community, planning events, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and strategizing campaigns. • Must have experience in the entertainment or creator economy sectors. • Strong communication, community-building, and event promotion skills required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the entertainment, music, or creator economy industries, with an established network of creator and artist relationships. • Proven experience building and managing creator/artist communities, with strong skills in creating lasting connections, loyalty, and excitement among influential individuals. • Demonstrated experience in planning and launching events, crafting excitement and exclusivity, and managing large-scale community initiatives that create a sense of FOMO and engagement. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to balance high-level VIP interactions with brand-aligned communication that speaks to Mozaic’s tone. • Able to work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align campaign strategies, plan events, and utilize creators’ influence to boost Mozaic’s brand and reach. Must have a creative approach to campaign development and content strategy. • Nice to Have: Experience working with brand ambassador or VIP programs. • Familiarity with user-testing processes and managing feedback from creators.
