Description

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Workday, ensuring alignment with our healthcare system’s objectives. • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful adoption. • Manage Workday upgrades and patches, including planning, testing, and deployment. • Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and user acceptance. • Coordinate plans to provide training to users and support teams. • Supervises the day-to-day operations and workflow to ensure the department’s role supports high standard of patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, or in lieu of bachelor’s degree, eight (8) years’ healthcare experience required in human capital management, financial management or supply chain management systems. • Three (3) years’ experience managing human capital, financial or supply chain systems. • At least one year of leadership experience in leading teams. • Strong business orientation and broad experience in healthcare industry managing IT activities. • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
