• Du denkst wie ein Marketer, schreibst wie ein Profi und willst echten Einfluss auf Growth & Conversion? • Wir suchen jemanden, der Copy aus Performance-Sicht denkt • Jemand, der nicht nur Ads schreibt , sondern Funnels durchdenkt, Strategien mitentwickelt und sich in Zahlen und Conversions genauso wohlfühlt wie in Hooks und Headlines. • Verfassen von High-Converting Copy: YouTube-Skripte, Meta Ads, VSLs, Landing Pages, Sales Pages, E-Mails • Entwicklung & Optimierung kompletter Funnel-Strecken (z. B. VSL, Webinar, Tripwire etc.) • Strategische Mitgestaltung von Marketing-Kampagnen (z. B. Funnel-Ideen, Tests, Bottleneck-Analysen) • Technische Umsetzung kleinerer Anpassungen (Landingpages, Split Tests, etc.) • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung & Marketing-Team
🎯 Requirements
• Mind. 2 Jahre Copywriting-Erfahrung , idealerweise im High-Ticket-/ Beratung-Space • Du verstehst Verkaufspsychologie, Conversion-Logik und Positionierung • Du denkst in Funnels, KPIs & Bottlenecks – nicht nur in Textblöcken • Du bist analytisch, strukturiert und arbeitest eigenständig • Du willst dich weiterentwickeln – nicht nur liefern • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau • Bonus: Erfahrung im Meta Media Buying (kein Muss)
