🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS preferred with greater than 5 years of relevant experience • Demonstrated organizational, administrative, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently. • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office including Outlook Email, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Previous experience in sales coordination, event or meeting planning a plus • Positive, can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to tactfully and effectively handle highly confidential and time-sensitive situations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently and collaboratively with other team members • Ability to embrace the dynamic and scrappy culture and be willing to collaboratively support efforts across all levels of the company • Biotechnology or pharmaceutical company experience is preferred; familiarity with commercial stage biopharmaceutical companies is a plus
