•The HRIS Workday Analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management system, as well as other systems supported by the HRIS team. •This position serves as a point of contact and subject matter expert for functional areas within the HCM system, such as Core HR, Performance, Compensation, Security, Business Processes, and Organization Management. •This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing, changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. •The HRIS Analyst also supports HCM upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
•Four-year degree or equivalent experience •3-5 years of related experience configuring business processes, reports and creating EIBs in Workday HCM •Demonstrated experience and knowledge in systems management (configuration, business process, security) •Knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce and/or Kronos Timekeeping system preferred •Strong problem solving skills •Strong system skills and technical aptitude/interest •Ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams •Delivers timely and quality work while demonstrating effective work prioritization •Workday experience preferred
