• As a Senior Visual Designer, you'll be the creative powerhouse behind our visual identity, crafting designs that not only look amazing but also resonate with our audience and push our brand forward. • You’ll take the lead in bringing fresh, bold ideas to life across various platforms. • You'll make sure that every project is as consistent as it is creative, while keeping quality at the forefront. • Your unique vision and strategic approach will help elevate our brand’s presence and spark deeper connections with our audience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, originality, and technical proficiency. • Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools and technologies. • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present ideas and concepts, and receive feedback constructively. • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide junior designers to achieve their full potential. • A passion for design excellence and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, preferably in a creative agency, design studio, or in-house creative team. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
